Madison R. Sanders is a lifelong hunter/jumper equestrian and driven entrepreneur with a strong foundation in technology sales, business development, and marketing. Over nearly a decade in the tech industry—including enterprise roles at Arista Networks and high-growth cybersecurity startups—she consistently exceeded multi-million-dollar sales targets, built out new territories, and developed strategic partner ecosystems that accelerated business growth.

Madison left the corporate world in 2024 to found Elite Equine Marketplace, a digital platform tailored to the hunter/jumper community that is currently in development, with major updates underway. The goal: to create a streamlined, tech-forward destination for competitive equestrians to connect, transact, and grow within a modern digital ecosystem.

Drawing on her expertise in client relations, digital marketing, and grassroots community engagement, Madison brings a deep understanding of both the competitive equestrian lifestyle and the scalable strategies needed to support it. She lives on a small horse farm and competes actively across the East Coast, giving her a unique, on-the-ground perspective of the industry's needs.

Madison earned her B.A. in Media Studies from the University of Virginia and is passionate about bridging the equine world with technology, innovation, and science-driven solutions. Outside of the barn, she loves to travel and catch live music whenever possible.
