Decoding Horse Health - RER

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – March 16, 2026

EquiSeq will host a webinar on the subject of Recurrent Exertional Rhabdomyolysis (RER) on Monday, March 30, at 10:00 am MDT.

RER is a genetically complex disease that causes muscle damage, stiffness, and pain induced by exercise. There is currently no gold standard diagnostic test for RER; diagnosis is based on a history of clinical signs.

Our guest will be Kirsten Dimmler, PhD, who recently completed her research on RER in the laboratory of Dr. Molly McCue at the University of Minnesota.

The webinar is free and open to the public. The live audience will have the opportunity to ask questions. The webinar will be recorded and posted to the Decoding Horse Health channel on YouTube.

Advance registration is required.
